We are thrilled to be attending the Baysgarth 50th Anniversary Gala this Saturday (11th July), where we will be serving our scotch eggs HOT for the first time ever!!

We will have 3 flavours available For this event:

🧄 🌿 GARLIC AND HERB 🌿 🧄
served with a mustard mayo
🇮🇹 ITALIAN SAUSAGE 🇮🇹
served with a cooling marinara
🥭🌶️ MANGO CHILLI 🌶️ 🥭
served with a hot honey bbq sauce

If you love our sauces you’re in luck 🍀, all sauces will be available to buy so you can enjoy however you like.

Sadly no vegetarian egg will be available this time as it’s our first time serving them hot, still feel free to pop by, say hi, maybe even get some fries 🍟

Make sure you come down to Baysgarth School to enjoy your scotch egg hot, perhaps even with fries and a drink 🤷

We will be serving 10am- 4pm alongside other local vendors and plenty of entertainment.

🫑 🐷 CHORIZO IS BACK 🐷 🫑

As per request, I’ve brought chorizo back as lots of people have told me they missed it. Being served with a “pico de gallo” style salsa, it’s perfect for summer. A little hot, a little chewy, and the salsa is fresh and full of vibrant colours and flavours.

I’d also like to use this opportunity to remind all of you, we will be doing the Baysgarth 50th Anniversary Gala next week on Saturday (11th July).

This will be THE FIRST EVER HOT FOOD that we have done. We will be doing hot scotch eggs, sauces, fries, and drinks.

We are very excited to be taking part in such an event and we are grateful for the opportunity Baysgarth has provided in order for us to trial hot food.

We’ll see you at this Saturdays market in Barton from 8am-1pm or until we sell out!

🌶️ 🥭 MANGO CHILLI IS BACK 🥭 🌶️

This month we’ve brought back the mango chilli from last years summer and we’ve changed the sauce that goes with it to a beautiful hot honey BBQ sauce (as you may have seen on our previous post).

The scotch egg itself is sweet-savoury with the smooth sweetness of the mango jam and the savouriness of the diced chilli’s and coriander to give it that little warmth it needs to make the flavours pop.

The BBQ sauce is a super smooth and smoky BBQ with just the right amount of sweetness, heat, and it’s bursting with flavour!

Well be there at the usual times:

08:00-13:30 or until we sell out
