🍕How Only Dough Originated🍕

This was literally my first ever homemade made pizza, and first one cooked in the ooni while away camping as I had the oven for my birthday in June this year... the other campers were extremely jealous!

From this day I grew a bit of an obsession over the summer with making pizza, and everyone who tried them said how tasty they were in comparison the know big brand pizza companies out there, anyway I more recently while walking my dog down the seaside I approached the owner of South Wales largest theme park and asked how you go about being a food vendor there (Thinking 2023 maybe)

He asked what I was considering doing, so I mentioned as far as I knew there weren't any current businesses in the immediate location of the park which is also on a seaside resort making authentic flame cooked neopolitan pizzas...

His response was "There must be two reasons for that, Either";

1) No one had thought about it.
Or
2) No one likes pizza!

I said to him "I'm telling you now... everyone likes pizza!" 🤣🙈

Am I right or wrong?

Before I knew it, he loved the idea and offered use of a recently vacant trailer situated inside the theme park, and said well try your pizzas out in this before investing in something myself... as you can imagine this was a great opportunity considering there is a waiting list as long as your arm wanting to get their already established food trailers inside the theme park.

I just couldn't turn it down and went head first to try it out bank holiday weekend... it was a great success and feedback was amazing.

Although very grateful, I've since decided that the actual trailer I used isn't right for me and currently looking for something new to operate from whether that be a pop-up or own purpose made trailer or vehicle but have still been gauranteed my spot there which is awesome as they really enjoyed what I done.

Thanks to everyone who supported this crazy idea of mine... (I'm full of them 🤣🙈)

Look out for what I have in the pipeline... some exciting times ahead!!
