☀️ Bring on the Heatwave, ☀️

After a busy weekend at the parlour and at the cardiff food and drink festival, our freezers are replensihed and ready for the next batch of sunshine 🌞

To mark the start of we thought we would commemorate with this iconic dessert strawberries and cream 🎾

We were delighted to have one of the finalists of our ice cream competition and creators of the Dr pepper sorbet in yesterday to make their delicious creation.

We had so much fun and the boys did a great job of making their flavour and learning all about the process involved in making our ice cream and sorbets.

Well done lads on this winning flavour, you both did so well 👏
