👉 The last two weeks have been an absolute blast smoking these briskets.
Great weather always makes a big difference.

A few things to know about our brisket:
🔥 We use Australian wagyu brisket
🔥 It takes approximately 15 hours to smoke.
🔥 We use offset smokers.
🔥 Low and slow is the only way to get the best flavour, bark and tenderness.

The method can't be rushed and we wouldn't have it any other way.

🔥 Smoking Highlights from June 👇

June was such an enjoyable month for us - we achieved things we’re really proud of while also taking a little time to recharge.

Two highlights that meant a lot to us:
1️⃣ Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival went better for us than last year and we're really grateful for it
2️⃣ We made an amazing BBQ experience for our customers in Melksham

Likes, comments and followers don't tell the whole story.

Social media is a great tool to be seen and it helps us a lot along our journey but it doesn't tell you how many people enjoyed your food, recommended you to a friend or came back again.

That's what really matters. ❤️

And just like that… Mission accomplished🔥

Our goal was simple: bring a great BBQ experience to one of our pop-ups this year.

We're happy to say we can finally tick that one off the bucket list.

A lot of work went into this one and seeing so many of you show up made it all worth it.

A big thank you to everyone who came by and to the organizers for making it happen.

This one will stay with us for a long time. ❤️
