More than just a tournament…

Our annual Boules Tournament is all about bringing people together for a brilliant day at The Wheatsheaf.

Gather a team of three and enjoy a full day of friendly competition, delicious food and live music in our gardens.

Your team entry (£240) includes:
• Tournament entry
• Relaxed lunch buffet
• Two-course dinner from 5pm
• A bottle of wine to share

No experience is needed—just bring your own boules and enjoy the day.

🏆 Prizes for our winners and runners-up.

Not taking part? You’re still very welcome to join us. The Field Kitchen will be open from 12pm–2.30pm, the bar will be serving all day, and there’ll be live music to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

Team registration closes 22nd August. Complete the enquiry form on our website and we’ll send you everything you need to register your team.

After such a fantastic first evening, we’re delighted to announce our next Summer Sessions on Friday 7th August, with live music from the brilliant Alana Turnbull.

Join us from 5pm–8pm for an evening of live music, summer drinks and relaxed dining in the garden.

Whether you’re joining us for dinner on the terrace or simply stopping by for a drink in the sunshine, we’d love to see you.

Introducing the WHEATFEST 2026 live music line-up!

From laid-back acoustic melodies to chilled saxophone sessions and an indie rock finale, we’ve got the soundtrack to your summer afternoon covered.

🎤 Isobel Holly – bringing beautiful acoustic vocals to open the day.

🎷 Liv Brewin – setting the mood with smooth saxophone and relaxed summer Ibiza vibes.

🎸 Robbie and the Nuts – closing WheatFest with an energetic live performance to round off our 20th anniversary celebrations.

Alongside the music, expect street food, a rosé bar, Purbeck ice cream, a bouncy castle, face painting, a glitter bar and plenty of family fun in our beautiful terraced garden.
