It has been a long journey from our hometown in Italy to the heart of Bathgate. For the past 8 years, we worked incredibly hard, dreaming of the day we could make this happen. When we finally opened our second restaurant Neelam last autumn, we poured our hearts into it—and today, that big dream has officially become a reality.🥇
