Introducing Midwinter Elixir. A coffee designed to be highly giftable and genuinely exceptional.

This year’s edition comes from Malaquías Cruz of the Sierra Mazateca, Oaxaca, Mexico. It’s a washed pluma hidalgo with notes of chocolate ganache, almonds and lemon zest.

A suitable present for your granda or your favourite specialty pourover nerd. Either should enjoy it just as much.

Finished in a super shiny, very cool gold-foil label.
