We’ve got something important to share…
Our time at Bullhouse is coming to an end — sooner than we had planned and due to circumstances outside our control.
May 5th will be Viti’s last day at Bullhouse.
The past few weeks have been intense — a mix of stress, frustration, and physical and mental exhaustion — as we’ve been working against the clock to figure out our next steps. While everything isn’t fully ready yet, we do have a new location lined up. It won’t be ready for May 6th, but we promise we’re working as hard as we can to open again as soon as possible.
We want to thank Bullhouse for the opportunity and the memories — and we’ll keep giving it everything we’ve got until our very last service.
To everyone who has supported us — who has queued, waited, come back week after week, shared a pizza, or told a friend — thank you. You’ve been part of something much bigger than just food.
And most importantly, thank you to the Viti team — past and present. None of this would have been possible without you.
This isn’t goodbye.
