A right of passage at Indie Füde 🧀

Every new member of the team eventually gets to take part in their first cheese opening ceremony… This week it was Katie’s turn. Giving our Ronan some support while cracking open a fresh wheel of Cheddar (which we’re delighted to have back in stock! 🙌).

Two months in and Katie has settled into the team brilliantly 🧀 Welcoming smiles, exceptional dance moves, and energy levels many of us can only dream of 😅

Safe to say she passed her first cheese ceremony with flying colours 👏

And do we have news for you 🗞️ Both Ormeau and Comber HQ have just taken delivery of two absolute beauties from in Newtownabbey 🙌🏼 A white chocolate & raspberry cheesecake, and what Laura is confidently declaring to be the best banoffee pie in the world 😅

Cheese Spotlight 🧀

This week, Aaron has gone for Templegall 👇

“This is one of my all time favourite hard cheese. Big punchy flavour, lovely balance, and well worth waiting for when it’s out of stock.”

Templegall is finally back in stock and we’re delighted to see it return 🔥 This alpine-style cheese is crafted in Co. Cork by cheese maker Jean-Baptiste. Harnessing the magical combination of Irish raw cows milk and traditional French Comté and Gruyère techniques. Matured for at least 9 months before it arrived with us!

It’s a truly beautiful Irish cheese with notes of brown butter, toasted nuts and sweet caramel - all brought together with a lovely tang.

Aaron’s looking particularly pleased with this 40kg wheel 😅 💪

Find it at the cheese counter 🤤 and online for home delivery! 🚐 40kg wheels currently available 😉
