Weโve got some stunning pork courtesy of , both pan roast tenderloin and low and slow belly, cooked slowly until itโs melt apart tender and glazed in some super sticky and spicy goodness, our classic grilled bread, spanking cod hariyali curry, a VERY cool little dessert Iโve been playing with and have wanted to get on a menu for AGES and of course our fudge, with a little twist to fit the theme this week!
