The Rising Sun is also known locally as The Riser and stands by the picturesque Grand Union Canal. We have a charity book club where you can buy a book for just £1.00 or you can come and play Petanque outside on the gravel or simply come and meet our very friendly regulars and sample some great real ales and ciders. We offer five real ales and over 15 real ciders - and we have been voted Local Cid

er Pub of the Year 2010, 2011 and 2012 and we are in the top regional winners of Cider Pub of the Year. We are also very proud to be featured of the cover of the 2012 edition of the Good Beer Guide which is now available in all good book shops.
