Throwback to last Saturday where I catered for a 70th birthday party in Lee Common, Buckinghamshire.
Drinks and canapés followed by sharing style food on tables plus a dessert station for 85 guests.
A few of the highlight dishes were:
Curry leaf popcorn chicken, siracha mayonnaise
Rib eye steak, nam jim jaew
Japanese BBQ marinated Iberico pork
XO salmon
Stuffed aubergine, coconut and curry dahl
Kaiaifi cheesecake, almonds, honey
