PLOT x OFF Temple | Peru in Focus

Our first OFF Temple event brings PLOT Roasting to Birmingham for a focused tasting around Peruvian coffee.

Drop in between 10am–2pm to taste selected PLOT Peru coffees, speak with the team, and explore how sourcing, roasting and brewing shape the final cup.

Across the day we’ll be serving Peruvian coffees through batch brew, pourover and the OFF Temple menu, with two short event moments:

11am | PLOT sourcing and roasting talk
12pm | Dialling In Peru: brewing for clarity with Tom

Free drop-in.
Retail coffee available on the day.

OFF TEMPLE is a tasting space by The Coffee Bar Collective, opening inside Indespoke from 27th June.

This is not a second version of the café. It is a focused space for rare coffees, frozen doses, guest roasters, speciality matcha, tea & botanicals, and seasonal drinks.

A place to slow down, explore what you’re drinking, and choose the coffee first, then let us help you choose the best way to drink it.

London Coffee Festival, through our lens.

A few days surrounded by brilliant coffee, sharp ideas, familiar faces and the people pushing this industry forward.

We came back inspired, caffeinated, and already thinking about what we can bring into the bar next.

Proud is an understatement.

This weekend in Glasgow, Brad stepped onto the Brewers Cup stage and delivered a performance we are genuinely proud of. He didn’t take the win, but he showed real composure, skill, and intent, and that matters.

A huge thank you to the team at for the time, support, training, roasting, and for coming up to Glasgow to back us properly throughout the weekend. It meant a lot.

We were also lucky to spend time brewing with some brilliant people along the way, thank you to for opening up your beautiful tasting room, and to for the opportunity to brew some incredible filters.

And to Glasgow, the hospitality, coffee, bakeries, and food were seriously impressive. Thank you to everyone who made the weekend what it was.
