Good morning guys and girls

What a fantastic turn out on saturday at the Lolly's Events craft fayre with with my caribb pop-up kitchen. I mentelly did not prepare myself to how busy it was gonna be for my food. I even had a customer travel from the other side of birmingham which i was was touched by. I pretty much sold out of everything so apologies to those who came for my curry mutton, loaded patties and jerk chicken with my wray and nephews bbq sauce it was a sell out. Going forward with my future pop up i will be taking pre orders so there is no disappointment.
I like to say a massive thank you to Elizabeth Yeomans and thank you to all who came and bought my food and for the kind and encouraging words. Im just a chef who has a big passion for food, flavour and making people happy through my food and you guys are what keeps me going.
My next pop up kitchen with lolly events is on the 4th july but in between now and then i will be doing saturday night take out where you can enjoy some of my delicious dishes delivered to your doors.
Just a reminder i do bookings party food. Hot caribbean/hot british food buffet, cold buffet, caribb inspired afternoon teas, grazing tables and private chef so if you are planning a party/gathering let yummmylicious foods take care of all your delicious foodie needs

Good morning guys and girl

Ive had a busy few days with yummmylicious party menu's inquiries and at the day job a busy and successful fine dine chef dinner for our resisdents. My boss had a vision for the menu and the night and me being the chef in charge that night i just ran with it 🫶🏾👩🏾‍🍳😍
