✨ 4 more sleeps until the Coastal Radio Business Awards ✨

This is such a fantastic evening where local businesses come together to celebrate success, hard work, and community spirit.

It’s made me think back to why we decided to enter in the first place.

Two years ago, we were incredibly lucky to be nominated and make it through to the finals. I took my mum along to experience an awards night with me and, of course, we secretly hoped we might win. We didn’t, but that didn’t matter one bit — we had the most wonderful night together.

Sadly, I lost my mum just two months after that event, and I never realised at the time that it would be our last big night out together.

This year, we’ve been lucky enough to reach the finals again, and this one is for you, Mum. 💕

Whether we win or not, I’ll be happy just to be there. The award would be lovely, but knowing how proud you always were of me means so much more.

I just hope you’re watching down, knowing that every step of this journey carries a little piece of you with it. ❤️

Here’s to making more memories, celebrating local businesses, and remembering those who helped us get here. ✨🥂

Good Morning! ☔️🌬️

Monday morning blues? Winter weather? Doom and gloom? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered… literally, because if this weather gets any worse, we’ll be serving breakfast from a lifeboat! 🚤🤣

It’s an exciting week for us here at Buttylicious as we count down to the Coastal Radio Awards! 🏆✨

The only slight issue… I still have NO dress. 👗❌

At this point, I’m considering wrapping myself in cling film and calling it “designer couture.” If that fails, a black bin bag with a nice belt might be making an appearance on the red carpet. Fashion icons everywhere, avert your eyes. 😂

Until then, I’ll be here serving breakfasts, brews, and pretending I have my life together.

Pop in, grab some food, and if anyone knows where I can get a dress, shoes, makeup, hair, and a miracle by next week… send help! 🤣❤️

Because apparently my assistant Tabitha heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING 😳

Nothing.
Nada.
Not a peep.

Meanwhile I was awake all night counting lightning strikes, rescuing cushions, worrying about the washing and preparing for the end of days 🤣

Please help me prove I’m not losing the plot 😂👇
