And just like that… it’s time to reveal the final menu.

For the last two weeks, we’re doing things a little differently than we first suggested.
Instead of switching menus halfway through, the team has chosen to showcase a single, carefully curated selection throughout.
Giving you more time to enjoy every dish.

Each menu has been thoughtfully created and crafted by our Level 3 learners as part of their final assessments.
Every plate tells a story, reflecting their creativity, passion, and individual style.

This is their moment to shine and is their last opportunity to share their skills and signature flair with you.

We’re almost ready to reveal our final menu
and this time, we’re doing things a little differently!

For week one, we’ll be serving from the attached menu, entirely designed and created by our talented learners.

In week two, expect something fresh with a brand‑new, learner‑led menu.

To finish with a flourish, week three will showcase a collection of our most loved and favourite dishes.

Lunch is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 12:00–14:30

We might be fashionably late sharing the news,
but we’re thrilled to announce that Level 6 is being taken over once again!

On Tuesday 5th May,
Level 6 will host the second Takeover event of 25/26
A truly unique, one-night-only dining experience.

The evening will see our talented learners stepping into the spotlight,
working side by side with the incredible team from Campbell and Rowley.

Guests will enjoy a set three-course menu, perfectly paired with arrival cocktails, for an unforgettable night of food, creativity, and collaboration

Arrival will be at 6pm,
With the doors closing at 9pm.

Spaces are strictly limited to just 40 guests

Booking is essential and must be made via emailing [email protected]

With tickets being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

We’ve had a whirlwind three weeks.

Thanks to all who visited, supported and joined us for some very different menus, themes and events! Including the pop up at Abingdon Street Market.

But now it’s time for a well-earned Easter break!
But the excitement doesn’t stop there…

Upon our return, a Level 6 menu favourite will return,

The Best of British Menu, will take over for three delicious weeks.

Running from Tuesday 14th April to Thursday 30th April, this special menu will showcase traditional British dishes with a modern twist.

We’re excited to announce a one‑off special event for Restaurant Week
Not like anything Level 6 has done before!

On Wednesday 18th March,
Level 6 will host the first Takeover of 25/26.

This unique, one-off evening will see our learners working alongside the talented team from Beurre Patisserie, led by acclaimed baker and pastry chef Raf Perussi.

Known for his precision, creativity, and appearance on Bake Off: The Professionals, Raf will bring his expertise to Level 6 for an exclusive six‑plate tasting menu, with each course expertly paired with a complementary glass of wine.

Join us for an unforgettable dining experience and a celebration of skill, collaboration, and exceptional flavour.

Introducing Our New Menu & Restaurant Week Specials

As our spring menu draws to a close, we’re excited to share that our next seasonal offering is ready to launch.

Next week marks Blackpool Restaurant Week, and to celebrate, Level 6 will be serving Afternoon Tea during lunchtime service as shared previously.
There are still spaces to book if you haven’t already!

For the evenings, we’re delighted to unveil something completely new.
On Wednesday 11th March and Wednesday 25th March,
we’ll be offering a bespoke evening menu
inspired by and adapted from the dishes we’ll be taking to
Abingdon Street Market on 13th–14th March.

You’ll find the full menu attached below.
