Restocking of lots of lovely deli bits, sandwiches galore, that ham & pineapple chutney toastie flying out, iced coffees when the sun actually comes out!

We have our wine tasting tomorrow night - eek! Always such a fun evening ~ and some new faces which is always lovely! 🥰

See you Saturday 9-3 ~ then see you lovely wine tasters at 7pm!

💛Just wanted to do a Steak Appreciation post ~ on Friday we made the most amount of steak sandwiches in one day we’ve EVER done before 🫶

Just a bit of steak sandwich context…
✨Our beef is British rump steak from ~ with sautéed onions ~ served on an ciabatta ~ baby leaf salad & English mustard mayo ~

We think it’s delicious and clearly so do you - so thank you! If you’ve never had one, maybe add it to your list!

👋Howdy lovely people ~ been a bit quite on the socials the last week, half term juggling, lots of business lunches, outside catering bits & the usual deli madness 🙌 ~ so thank you for keeping us busy!!

Thank you for a bonkers weekend again - and for bearing with us when it’s hectic!
Thinking of getting us some 🛼🛼 ~ rollerama deli incoming!
But yes we are v grateful 🫶

Back tomorrow with our slightly reduced Tuesday menu ~ but still some delicious sandwiches, salad bits, cakes, deli counter & shop stuff available of course!

So see you then ~ we are 9.30 til 2 tomorrow and 9-3 the rest of the week! 💛

Things I’d recommend this week if you haven’t tried already…

🤎New kid on the block ~ Dark chocolate sprinkle cake with brown butter frosting 👌

💛Veggie Reuben ~ trust us this is a pickley heaven 🥒

🤍Drinking iced lattes and pretending it’s spring 🧋

We have been asked a lot recently where our cakes are from so I must try harder to shout it from the rooftops but…

WE MAKE THEM ALL IN HOUSE ~ WOOOP!!! Which means they are homemade in our actual deli home!

And did you know all our meat is from ~ the products we use to create all of our food is really lovely quality and we more than often make it ourselves.

Jam in our cakes - we make it!
Quiche - us!
Lemon curd - yep!
Granola - us again
Sausage rolls - yes (although our least favourite Friday night activity)
Coleslaw/Salads - yesss

And we like to use the things that you can buy in the deli too - so if you like the chilli jam on our sandwiches, it’s from or the honey we use - there’s loads I could mention! We love them all!

Moral of this story - we should shout about it more! 🎙️
