John Otway with full band

From his appearances on Top Of The Pops and Old Grey Whistle to sell out gigs at the likes of Londons Royal Albert Hall to several books and even a movie about his career, the legendary John Otway visits the Alma Inn this evening with his full band in tow to bring you a set filled with all his classic material.

Support comes from STRANGEWAYS with their classic punk covers plus a couple of new originals

Entry to tonight's event will be £20 OTD - Cash preferred but can do bank transfer

One of the maddest, most charming and thoroughly entertaining performers around, this really aint one to be missed!

Usually by this point we'd have already blown it, flown home, got over it and be sat watching re runs of emmerdale waiting until the football season starts again.

But here we find ourselves at the semi final!

Just a warning, as theres a good chance England might be in the final now, if we remain near capacity after the gig with people wanting to watch the match we wont be able to let many more in so if youre planning on joining us for the football at the Alma it might be worth grabbing a ticket and coming down for the bands earlier
