CHINESE TAKEAWAY.

We are busy and can only apologise for the inconvenience.

In terms of waiting inside when you’ve ordered online or via the telephone, we can’t cook particular items until your arrive otherwise the food won’t be as fresh or tasty. We do cook 90% of the items however to reduce your waiting time inside.

We can only apologise and hope you have a lovely weekend and enjoy your happy house if you do order from us.

We know, we know, we know…

You’re thinking exactly what we’re thinking, how can we keep up with the demand and supply!

Our priorities are our pre orders (Exclusive to Facebook) then our website orders (www.happy housebolton.co.uk) then our telephone orders and not last but least our walk in orders.

It’s New Year’s Eve and as expected as every year, there is up to an hour, maybe two hours waiting time for the walk-in orders.

We can only apologise.

We are getting telephone calls for mistakes and waiting times, we cannot stress this is causing nothing but delays and problems. Please message us on Facebook otherwise email us or call us from 3rd or January onwards.

Christmas Eve.

What a hectic day. This was our first Christmas Eve taking pre orders with our new online system and have decided it is no longer efficient pre ordering via messenger since there are 3 other ways you could also order; Telephone, through our website and walk in orders. And for this reason, we will no longer be doing pre orders via messenger.

We can only apologise to those who waited forever to collect their pre order or any order in that matter! We hope the wait was worth it and you managed to enjoy your Christmas Eve tradition (Chinese, matching pjs and Christmas films with a cheeky bevvy.) Any further complaints are to be inboxed to the page where me and the team will slowly go through them sometime this week.

We were mega rushed of our feet completing almost 450 orders, that’s an average of 75 orders per hour. 156 of those orders were between the hours of 18:30-20:00.

Any feedback would be grateful in the comments.

Once again we are really sorry if we let you down.

It’s that time of the year again!!!

Pre-order for Christmas Eve (New Years will follow next week)

Preorders can only be made via inboxing the page and not on the website or telephone.

To place a preorder, it’s as simple as these steps:

1) Inbox the page with your order and preferred collection time.
2) Wait for us to reply to confirm your order with an order number and collection time.

Please note we will have hundred of orders for Christmas Eve like last year so the time you choose may not be available but we will try our best to accommodate!

Jun who many of you know as Jackie is currently in China and without a suitable VPN, Facebook is restricted in China.
