This is probably the hardest post we’ve ever written. ❤️
We believe we make the best pizza in town.
But lately, many of the negative comments we’ve received haven’t been about the taste they’ve been about pizzas arriving cold or soggy.
And honestly…
That hurts.
Not because of the review, but because that’s not the pizza we made.
When a pizza leaves our oven, it’s hot, fresh, and made with pride. Unfortunately, as a small independent business, we currently rely on third-party delivery drivers. Sometimes they collect orders from multiple restaurants before delivering yours, and by the time your pizza arrives, it isn’t the way we intended you to enjoy it.
We’re not writing this to make excuses. If your pizza arrived cold, you have every right to be disappointed, and we’re truly sorry.
We just wanted you to know the reality behind the scenes.
To everyone who has continued to support Ashmade Pizzeria, thank you. Every order helps keep our small business alive, and we will never take that for granted.
We’re working hard to improve our delivery service, and we won’t stop until every customer gets the experience they deserve.
If you have the chance to collect your order, we’d love for you to try our pizza fresh from the oven the way it was meant to be.
