We would like to Wellcome you back from the summer break...we hope everyone had a great summer and now looking forward to the change of the new seasons ahead ...over the summer we have had a few changes to the karma kafè .. we have changed the name to "life & soul"... the good karma Kafè ..this is due to being called "kafe'" people see and think food understandably i might add!... The karma Kafè was designed to be a coffee shop with a holistic twist offering holistic therapies promoting wellbeing of mind,body,spirit and soul ...however we have had an interest of people asking for food,so we are now pleased to say we will be offering a selection of sandwiches/ baguettes and light snacks etc...to eat in or take out but this in turn not to take away the holistic,healing side of the good karma kafe' hence the "life & soul"..the aim is to enhance our lives & heal our souls ...promoting the goodness of positivity as much as we can in our daily lives,time seems to have speeded up so much and days,weeks and months seem to be merging into one so quickly these days ..its really important for us to take time out for ourselves and recharge our batteries as much as we can and enjoy the power of me time. we offer a range of therapies including reiki/crystal healing, reflexology, Indian head massage and aromatherapy treatments and angel card readings but above all we serve a good coffee and delicious homemade cakes in a relaxed atmosphere if you just need 5minutes out of your day to put the life & soul back into you ! ... we look forward to seeing you soon... life & soul the good karma kafe' x♡x

Life & soul ..The good karma Kafè is excited to offer a beautiful "treatment room"that is ready to rent ... various days are available for any "therapists"wishing to have their own business without the stress of high rents/rates and overheads... our aim at life & soul.. the good karma kafè is to give a good range of holistic/ beauty treatments ....
