I absolutely loved creating this jungle-inspired birthday cake for Ronan’s 5th birthday which featured two hand made leopard geckos, edible leaves, rocks, moss and lots of realistic details, this was such a fun cake to create.

Seeing ideas come to life in cake is one of the reasons I love what I do.

Here’s the second wedding cake of the weekend. Jennifer and Grant tied the knot at the beautiful sopleymill. They chose a 2 tier semi naked cake which went well with the rustic look of the mill.
The bottom tier was raspberry and white chocolate the middle tier was was traditional coffee and walnut cake and the top tier was luscious lemon and elderflower. I dressed the cake with fresh flowers.
Every cake I create is made with love and designed to reflect each couple’s special day. It’s always an honour to be part of such awonderful celebration 💕

Congratulations to our lovely couple who tied the knot yesterday in Fordingbridge. They chose a simple elegant cake sprinkled with edible pressed flowers. The bottom layer was the popular raspberry and white chocolate, the middle tier was traditional coffee and walnut and the top tier was a tangy lemon and elderflower. I hope you both had the perfect day.
