👋 Hello Folks. I’m writing this with a very heavy heart this morning that we have sold FOLK.

I would like to take some time to thank each and everyone of you for all your support over the years! It’s been a wild ride ❤️

I’d especially like to thank my staff and the Folk family through the years (you know who you are) we couldn’t have done it without you. It’s a stupidly tough game to make a little buisness like our work and we leave with our heads held high knowing we give it our best!

The new tenants are lovely but will not be keeping the Folk name so this really is the end of the line. 🥲

However myself and some of the Folk family are just down the road slinging out some Folk classics and helping with with their expansion 👀 - So if you’re in the area come and say hi or give them a cheeky follow on here! It’s gonna be a game changer for Bowness!

But for now I just wanted to say thank you from all of us and goodbye

LAST WEEKEND FOLKS. - Don’t forget all you wonderful people that have kept us going over the years. It’s our last weekend for the foreseeable down in Bowness.

It would be great to see everyone one last time before the door closes on our little cafe/bar.

JACOB CLEE (JC) - This absolute legend is working his last day today after 4 and a half magical years at Folk.

It’s safe to say a lot of what we do and what we’ve achieved over those years wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work, professionalism and just general help on a daily basis of this guy!

I’ve worked with hundreds of people in hospitality over the years and I can genuinely say he’s been one of the best!

You’ll be missed my mate. Good luck with everything and god speed fella. ❤️
