🍪 70 New York Style Stuffed Cookies baked and boxed yesterday! 🤯✨

Yesterday saw 50 cookies heading out for one customer, plus another 20 for various orders… that’s 70 handmade stuffed cookies in one day! 🩷

Made using Callebaut’s finest Belgian chocolate, every cookie is baked fresh, generously stuffed, and loaded with flavour.

A little update from me 💗

Unfortunately, The Pink Pantry will remain closed this week.

As many of you know, I’m a single mum to three amazing children, and sometimes balancing family life alongside running my little business means something has to give.

Thanks to my recent viral post (thank you, Tony! 🤍), my celebration cake orders have absolutely exploded, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. My diary is now booked solid, and I need to make sure every customer who has trusted me with their special occasion gets the time, care and attention they deserve.

With my current workload, I simply can’t open the cake shed this week without compromising on quality, and that’s something I will never do.

I’m so sorry for any disappointment this may cause, and I really hope you understand. Your continued support of my little business means more than you’ll ever know, and I can’t wait to welcome you all back as soon as I can.
