🍕 Exciting News from Fratellino Pizzeria! 🇮🇹

When we launched Fratellino, we searched far and wide for the very best premium pizza dough supplier. While we were always happy with the quality, our goal has always been to take things one step further…

We’re delighted to announce that we’re now making our own dough in-house! 🙌

Every dough ball is handcrafted using just four simple ingredients:
🌾 Flour
💧 Water
🧂 Salt
🍺 Yeast

That’s it.

Our dough is then slow fermented the true Neapolitan way, creating an incredibly light, airy crust with the authentic flavour and texture you’d expect from a traditional pizzeria in Naples.

This is a huge step forward for us, and we can’t wait for you to taste the difference.

A huge apology to everyone we had to turn away on Just Eat this evening.

The response to our pizzas has been incredible, and they’ve never been more popular! We’re already looking at ways to increase capacity, but we won’t compromise on the quality that makes Fratellino special.

Every pizza is hand-stretched to order using fresh dough and topped with quality, fresh ingredients, which means we currently limit production to around 50 pizzas a day to ensure every one meets our standards.

To avoid missing out, we always recommend visiting us in person or pre-ordering your pizza where possible.

Thank you all for your amazing support – it genuinely means the world to us. We can’t wait to serve even more of you soon! 🇮🇹🍕❤️

It was a pleasure to host the amazing staff from Burlington School as they celebrated the end of another successful year.

A brilliant group from start to finish, with a few familiar faces from one of our regular quiz teams too! 🧠🍕🍹
