We’ve got some lovely branded goodies from our label friends for anyone picking up one of their records this week / weekend.

Few labels have shaped jazz more than Blue Note, home to some of the most influential jazz recordings ever made. We’ve got a mighty fine selection in our racks.

Loads of brilliant new music to share this week!!

First things first, we’ve got the new on , a delicious comp from 70s Argentina, the new , Outer Worlds Jazz Ensemble on featuring & a Donald Byrd reissue on Blue Note to name but a few.

We’ve also been digging in the back catalogues to find some new treasure! With classics from Ali Farke Toure, Joe Bataan, Ronny Jordan meets DJ Krush, Common, Sylvester and more.

Massive thanks to and who joined us the Capsule Records Listening Room last week to share their stories of making Chip’s latest album ‘The Eternal Now’ before we played the record to a packed out room.

A brilliantly insightful session into the creative process - here’s a brief flavour - followed by an amazing listening session. Can’t thank both of these gents enough for fitting us in to a busy schedule. The audience LOVED it ❤️👏.

We then saw Chip play at ALPHABET with a full band a few days later and wow can’t recommend it enough. Absolute class 🔥.
