This is where it all comes together: Brazil and Colombia form the foundation, with a seasonal third component, currently a washed Rwandan, keeping the blend fresh, balanced and exciting throughout the year.

Coffee blending is all about combining different coffees to create a balanced, complex and consistent cup. It allows us to maintain a reliable flavour profile while bringing out the best in each origin.

ADARA KERAMO 🇪🇹

New to the range, this naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from Adara Keramo in Bensa, Sidama is grown at elevations of 1,800–2,220 MASL, producing a cup that’s vibrant, elegant, and full of character. Expect notes of lemon, peach, and milk oolong, with layered sweetness and a beautifully long finish.

Situated deep within the Bombe mountains, Keramo Adara is the highest-elevation station in the Daye Bensa network. The region’s cool climate and slow cherry maturation create exceptional density and flavour complexity, while the natural process enhances the coffee’s distinctive fruit-forward profile.

Around 381 smallholder farmers contribute cherries to the station, which has earned multiple Cup of Excellence awards between 2020 and 2022, cementing its reputation as one of Ethiopia’s standout producers.

A remarkable showcase of Sidama’s unique terroir and the exceptional quality that has made Daye Bensa one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated producers.

RUMUDAMO 🇪🇹

New to the range, this naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from Rumudamo in Arbegona, Sidama is grown at elevations of 1,920–2,230 MASL, producing a cup that’s vibrant, complex, and beautifully expressive. Expect notes of bergamot, strawberry, and nectar, with a juicy sweetness and silky body.

Rumudamo is one of the highest coffee-growing areas in Ethiopia, where cool temperatures and long cherry maturation create exceptional flavour clarity. This lot comes from over 600 smallholder farmers and is produced by Daye Bensa, the family-owned exporter founded by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo.

Processed as a natural, the cherries are dried whole on raised beds, enhancing the coffee’s fruit-forward character. The Ethiopian Heirloom 74158 variety brings remarkable sweetness and complexity, while Rumudamo’s quality pedigree includes multiple placements in the 2020 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence.

IVÁN & JENNIFER SEBAY 🇨🇴

New to the range, this Pink Bourbon from Iván and Jennifer Sebay comes from San Agustín, Huila, where it’s grown at 1,800 MASL and carefully processed using an extended two-stage fermentation.

Expect notes of honey, all spice, and delicate florals, creating a cup that’s sweet, elegant, and beautifully expressive.

Iván began farming after his family relocated to southern Huila, transforming a parcel of unused land into a thriving coffee farm. Following advice from quality specialists, he planted Pink Bourbon, which has since become the standout variety thanks to its exceptional cup quality and resilience.

Working closely with Minga, Iván refined the processing method over multiple harvests, resulting in a coffee with outstanding clarity and sweetness.

CHERRY BOMB 🍒💣

Say hello to the newest addition to the menu.

Cherry Bomb combines sweet cherry, sparkling soda water, and our single origin cold brew, brewed fresh every week at our roastery, then topped with a vibrant pink cold foam.

Bright, juicy, and refreshing, it balances fruit sweetness with the clean character of specialty coffee for a drink that’s perfect for warmer days.

GITO 🇷🇼

Back for another year, Gito returns to the range and remains one of the most unique coffees we source.

Grown in Rwanda’s Nyamasheke District and produced through Muraho Trading Co.’s Rugali, Kilimbi, and Gisheke washing stations, this washed Red Bourbon is grown between 1,600 and 1,650 MASL in rich volcanic soils that help create a vibrant and expressive cup.

Expect notes of red fruits, maple syrup, and a bright, clean finish. Approachable and versatile, it’s a coffee that works beautifully as both filter and espresso.

What makes Gito especially interesting is its story. Named after the tiny screen size of the coffee beans, these lots would typically be destined for the commodity market. Instead, through the work of Raw Material and Muraho Trading Co., they were recognised for their quality and brought into the specialty market, creating better opportunities and returns for producers.

A coffee most people never get the chance to taste, and one we’re pleased to share once again.
