After our Tuesday event on the terrace, joined some of Bristol’s top chefs for Friday’s Bristol Seafood Week Feast at .

Dan was on the third course (with Noah keeping a close eye on proceedings 👀 ) serving up John Dory with anchovy, rosemary & chilli butter alongside four incredible courses celebrating the very best seafood our city has to offer 🐟🔥

Five chefs, one very hot kitchen and some seriously good food.

Big thanks to everyone who came along and to the team behind Bristol Seafood Week for putting on another brilliant event. We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🩵

Seafood over Coals: edition 🔥🐟

More than 60 of you joined us on the terrace on Tuesday for a seafood feast cooked over charcoal. Think Lyme Bay scallops, Brixham squid, Dorset lobster and Cornish monkfish, finished with Cheddar strawberries and cream 🍓

The sun was shining, the wine flowing, and it was a brilliant evening all round. Big thanks to everyone who came along!

Looking forward to a busy few days of feasts and cooking over coals to celebrate ! 🦞

Our Tuesday terrace event may be sold out, but there’s still time to join us at the Friday Feast at The Pump House.

Dan will be cooking John Dory with anchovy, rosemary & chilli butter, alongside delicious dishes from The Spiny Lobster, The Kensington Arms and Cord Kitchen – capped off with legendary tiramisu courtesy of COR & RAGÙ.
