We have a very special guest visiting us in June
Chef Ryuichi Ueno of Ramen Hirai in Tokyo is currently on a tour of Europe, and he will be stopping here in Bristol for a full week.
We will be serving his take on Kyushu style tonkotsu - expect rich pork broth, three different kinds of chashu, and thin, snappy Hakata style noodles
As always we will have vegetarian and vegan options available, alongside our regular sides
