- Stick to the shade wherever you can as this can be up to 10° C cooler than areas in direct sunlight

This season marked the first elderflower harvest that our team members Izzy and Paige have experienced at Luscombe, so we took them on a tour of our agroforestry project on the Dartington Estate, developed in partnership with the Woodland Trust 🌿

Along the way, we shared the environmental benefits of creating a haven for local flora and fauna, enjoyed the delicate floral aroma of freshly picked elderflower, and rounded off the visit with a refreshing Elderflower Bubbly 💚
