🩵 Turning the town turquoise for World Animal Free Research Day! 🩵
Over the weekend, our incredible Bude community group once again showed what supporter‑powered change looks like.
Year after year, they come together to raise awareness and vital funds for Animal Free Research UK... and this year was no exception!
Now in their 11th year, this dedicated group has raised funds primarily to support the pioneering work of Professor Lorna Harries and her team at our Animal Replacement Centre (ARC) in Exeter - helping to advance kinder science that removes animals from experiments 🐾❤️🩹
A huge thank you to organiser Steph, the 20+ businesses who took part, and the countless local animal lovers whose kindness and enthusiasm brought this event to life.
As Steph puts it:
