🧽 Holiday Cover Cleaner Needed – July

Are you handy with a mop, love a bit of sparkle, and don’t mind getting stuck in?

We’re looking for a reliable person to provide holiday cover during July at The Deli.

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Working evenings after 5pm
• Approximately 2 hours per shift
• Cleaning and preparing the shop ready for the next day’s service
• Helping us keep our high standards looking their best

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Good attention to detail
• Someone who takes pride in a job well done

No cape required, although being able to make the shop shine like new would be a bonus! 😄

Huge congratulations to the Under 14s rugby team from Caerphilly RFC U14s for winning their tournament in Frankfurt this weekend! 🏆🇩🇪

The boys played brilliantly throughout the tournament, showing fantastic teamwork, determination, and skill from start to finish. Most importantly, they represented the club with real pride, sportsmanship, and passion both on and off the pitch.

It looks like everyone had an awesome weekend making memories together and bringing home a well-deserved victory!

Good news — we’re hiring 👀

We’re on the lookout for someone to jump into our very fast-paced coffee shop and become part of the team from now until September. It’s busy, it’s loud, there’s coffee everywhere… and we love it.

What you’ll be doing (aka: keeping the place running):
- Working up front on the coffee machine ☕
- Serving customers with a smile (even before caffeine kicks in)
- Clearing tables at lightning speed
- Washing dishes (yes, there are always dishes 😅)
- Helping out in the kitchen — plating up and making food
- Generally being a helpful human being

What we’re looking for:
- Someone friendly and not afraid to chat to customers
- A bit of common sense (goes a long way here)
- Able to keep up in a fast-moving environment
- Turns up on time, ready to go
- Keeps things clean, tidy, and presentable

What you get:
- Training provided (we won’t just throw you at the coffee machine… promise)
- A fun, slightly chaotic team
