Food service is as usual Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, walk-in from 12noon, last orders by 5.30pm.
As before it is HOT, we are doing our best but our wellbeing is important, so please bear with us at busy times.
Sunday Carvery Lunch is fully booked, no other food available.
Monday - closed all day.

Tuesday 7th July - food sevice will only be 12-4.30pm (last orders in by 4.30pm).
Nothing to do with the heat, I'm off with the daughter to see the schools production of Matilda, very excited!

Firstly apologies for the abrupt stop to food service yesterday, but the heat really got to me and began to feel unwell, first time this has happened, and hopefully won't happen again. Bearing this in mind though, please keep an eye on food service times for the next 2 weeks as its reported as being hot! You can always call to see what's happening 01493 722697

Just a reminder of very limited food service availability today.
Although the bar will open as usual at 12noon today, the kitchen is booked catering to a private function in the dining room.
Walk-in service will only be available 2.30-4.30pm today, apologies for any inconvenience.
Normal times tomorrow & Saturday.

Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 1st - usual walk- in 12-5.30pm
Thursday 2nd - due to a large booking today will be walk-in 2-5.30pm only
Friday 3rd - usual walk-in 12-5.30pm
Saturday 4th - usual walk-in 12.30-5.30pm
Sunday 5th - usual prebooked carvery lunch only. Still a few tables left, call 01493 722697 to book.

Sunday Carvery Lunch- we have had a cancellation so have a table for upto 4 people in the bar area available, call 01493722697 to book.

Dogs! We have had a couple of incidents recently where wandering dogs have upset other dogs, family groups, and people who are just not comfortable with unknown dogs approaching them. Being a business we have to think of everyone's comfort.
The rule here is all dogs on leads at all times!
To help with this in the garden area we have put hooks on the benches for your leads, keeps your dog close to you, and gives others the confidence to relax without an unwanted visitor.
Thank you in advance for adhering to this.
