Good evening customers, friends and family,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Over the Top Cornish Pasties. For seven years, we have faced numerous challenges – from the global pandemic to personal losses, betrayals, economic hurdles, and the demands of family commitments. Despite our unwavering dedication and the love we've poured into OTT, we find ourselves at a crossroads where continuing is no longer sustainable.
However, the spirit of our beloved pasties will live on through The Pasty Cellar. We are delighted to share that Kelly will be at the helm, eager to carry forward our cherished tradition of crafting top-crimped pasties. While I will step back due to the toll on my health, particularly my joints, from years of dedicated crimping and long hours, I will not be far. I'll lend my support and share my crimping expertise to ensure the legacy of our pasties continues under The Pasty Cellar's banner. It's time for Kelly to shine and bring her vision to life, propelling our beloved pasties into a new era.
We extend our deepest gratitude to each of you who have supported us through this journey. Your patronage and encouragement have meant the world to us. As we turn this page, we warmly invite you to continue your support. The Pasty Cellar promises the same exceptional pasties you've grown to love, now under a new name. Join us in embracing this new venture and in showing Kelly the same incredible support you've shown us.

Did you know we do frozen pasties by post? We have been rolling, filling and crimping all day and our blast chiller has been put through its paces, rapidly freezing pasties, pies and cakes, ready to post out all our orders tomorrow. We don't just do pasties, we have a selection of traditional Cornish cakes, sausage rolls and pies available online. We had A very pleasant busy day today as the sun shone.
Each day we are open, in Calstock, it reaffirms how right our decision was to move back to our little village. I stand back and watch the vicious rivalry around us between bakers and feel thankful that we have stepped back from it all. We now concentrate on what we enjoy and want to do,making the best pasties we possibly can whilst we keep our sanity and dignity.

We have been cutting a lot of pasties in half this week for children so we have decided to stock kids pixie pasties. Below are our large, medium and pixie pasties. :large is £4.80, medium £4,30 and kids pixie pasty £3.00

Come rain or...yet more rain, we are open today from11am until 2pm. Today on the menue, will be traditional steak pasties, sausage rolls, cheese and onion pasties and vegan pasties. We shall have a few chicken flavours and you can always call us to request your favorite flavour. We shall also have cheese and onion parcels and will be experimenting with a lovely roast vegan vegetable parcel.
We don't do breakfasts, even though we keep being asked, we leave that and hot drinks, to our lovely village cafe Lishe Coffee Shop and we just do what we do best PASTIES yum!

Here are our opening times for this Easter weekend. We shall have a good selection of pasties, including Vegetarian and Vegan pasties, sausage rolls and scotch eggs. Enjoy your weekend, hopefully with a pasty :)
