After the madness of last week, this one is all about deep cleaning, restocking, and prepping a lot of food for what’s shaping up to be our busiest time of the year.

Summer is officially here, and things are about to get very busy. 👀

Today you’ll find us at the , one of our favourite community pubs and home to so many familiar faces. Whether you’re a long-time regular or you’ve been meaning to try us for the first time, we’d love to see you.

We’ll be serving from 12pm, with poutine, fried chicken, out-if-this-world chicken burgers and all the usual Papas Locas goodness available for lunch and early dinner. 🚐🔥

June has arrived, and it did not come quietly. 🍟🇨🇦

This post is overdue but we wouldn’t go without it. 😍
We arrived in Portsmouth ten days ago hoping to compete. We left inspired.
Four days, hundreds of portions of poutine, sell-out service, and countless conversations we’ll be talking about for a long time.

A huge thank you to the team behind the British Street Food Awards and . During one of the hottest weekends of the year, they somehow managed to keep everything running smoothly while making sure traders were looked after every step of the way.

What we’ll remember most, though, is the people.

We came away with new friends, new ideas, renewed motivation and a lot of hope for the future. Congratulations to everyone who took part. We were honoured to share Gunwharf Quays with you, especially

And to everyone who queued, voted, followed along, or tried our poutine for the first time — thank you. Your support means the world.

We didn’t leave with a trophy, but we left with memories, friendships and a renewed belief in what we’re building.
