Rob's Caribbean BBQ Menu has been released - see below!

Rob can't wait to take himself back to his Mustique Island Cotton House Hotel days. Donning his shades and shorts and firing up the bbq. We might be missing the sand and the sea, but the fine summer weather continues and have everything else.

We will of course also be showcasing Rob's cocktail find again - Nine Isles Caribbean gin - see below - and be indulging in Rob's Mustique Island playlist.

We were delighted to host a wonderful Balsham Ascot Ladies Fundraiser for Breast Cancer Now

And thank you to Rob for putting himself forward, and the Black Bull Team for raising an extra £520 for the charity by auctioning a private chef dinner experience for six.

Thank you to all the bidders you all played your part in raising such a great sum for a cause that is very close to so many.

Reminder - Nick and his jazz entourage have signed up again - and we are being treated to a Quintet this time with a saxophonist joining the throng.

We have been lucky enough to have had Nick play for us a number of times now at both pubs and they really are something pretty special (think Jamie Cullum according to the Guardian). They have undestandably built up a very loyal following. A real find.

Rob will be offering his full menu on the night (5:30-9 pm) - as you know, a treat in its own right. He will also be throwing in a couple of fish specials - see website menus.

We set out our tables for a jazz club atmosphere - so please book a table in advance, stating whether dining or just drinking. Prime tables are allocated to diners, but drinkers are welcome too and will be fitted into the restaurant if room, otherwise the jazz and atmosphere wafts well through to the snug.

There will be a £10/head cover charge for seats in the restaurant (£5/head option will be offered if we have to overflow into the snug) to contribute to Nick and his quintet's fee.

To confirm a dining booking a £10 non-refundable deposit will be required which will come off your bill on the night.

Drinking only bookings cannot be guaranteed a seat in the restaurant/snug but will be fitted in where possible.
