Cotto Focaccia. The Sicilian Way.
We start with dough we make in-house and rest for 2 days. Then we layer on ham, mozzarella, tomato sauce and oregano that come straight from Sicily.
It’s the kind of baking that takes time, but that’s what makes it taste like home.
