The hospitality sector has come together to launch - a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10% - we're sharing it here to get your support.

Spearheaded by chef and publican , as an industry we agree that 10% VAT is fair for hospitality. Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.

Team Cambscuisine in Sicily 🇮🇹

Earlier this week our general management team headed over to Sicily for a few days of tasting and learning more on the wines of Sicily.

We were warmly welcomed by Mandrarossa Wines and Curatolo Arini 1875.

It was great to spend a few days in the sun, learn more and sample many!

The first long weekend of May is just days away and the weather is looking promising☀️

Our gardens are coming into bloom and our spring menus are all bloomin’ fantastic so it’s the perfect time to visit one of our sites.

Wonderful to see The Almonry in Ely, run by our sister company CDC Events, booming and busy in the sunshine today. What a spot!
