The Blean Baker Professional baker making small batch sourdough breads and sweet treats each week for weekend delivery. Sold on a first come first serve basis as I bake.

Doorstep delivery fresh from the oven to Blean and immediate area with collection also available. A menu for the weekend will be posted each week on a Wednesday and orders will need to be made by Thursday evening to ensure weekend delivery. There will also be occasional midweek bakes where we will specify separate order and delivery / collection details. If you would like to request larger bread o

rders, batches of cookies (12 min) or whole traybakes (12-14 squares / slices) that have been listed on our menus please contact directly and we will be able to provide prices along with different collection and delivery options.
