Harry Sampson and I took a break from the Medieval Festival in Sandwich to join chef Andrew Minter at the Horsebox Burger bar at the wonderful Calf & a Half Micro pub at Goldstone near Ash.

Are these the cheapest burgers in Kent? No.
Are they the best? You have to judge for yourself but the meat is Chandler and Dunn’s fresh mince and Andrew is an artist in culinary skills!
