Good energy in the kitchen on a big Friday night last night! Padrons and trombone courgettes amongst the highlights.

Good times = good food

Find these local vegetables either roasted, steamed or grilled and tossed through our house dressing in our bute park greens, in our salads or featuring on our Welsh lamb mixed grill & fish dishes

WE SAID TO KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR FUTURE EVENTS DROPPING.

INTRODUCING TUNA PARTY.

With Cornish Blue Fin Tuna coming into season it is time for us to bring something UNPRECEDENTED to Cardiff.

We will be breaking down a whole Cornish tuna LIVE in front of your eyes, preparing a variety of snacks and dishes showcasing the different cuts as well as pairing it with wine & champagne.

With the rarity of this fish it is important that we celebrate its life long into the night alongside great music and as always vibes.

We are proud to announce that we have the official hook up from and have a guarantee of this fish when they start to land later this month!

Some may say we are officially the unofficial home of Blue Fin Tuna in Cardiff.

Tickets will be released this Friday evening on (17th July) - to receive more information and an email link that will be used to purchase the ticket please send an email stating your interest to [email protected]

still bringing the best beef, Picanha has been flying

2 layer veggie lasagne hype has hit the neighbourhood bistro (including a smoked cheese bechamel, stir fried Bute park spinach & beans)

Caprese RÖSTI on all weekend

Tuna ceviche with jalapeño & green olive gazpacho if you fancy a fresh one

Tostada season is underway, served with sticky short rib or crispy pork belly through the summer ☀️

Lamb skewers with giant cous cous & romesco, triple lamb chops, Cornish trout w/ orzo ragu with red shrimp & Welsh shellfish, chateaubriands from the specials board, salad delivery & soft boiled egg RÖSTI with hollandaise.

ITS SUNDAY. And we’re going to start shouting about our roast. In the making for 7 months… we’ve been quietly improving week on week (in our humble opinion) - helped by our new double rational oven insuring that we are…

COOKING FRESH YORKIES & POTATOES ALL DAY LONG. That is a fact that we are proud to announce.

All roasts served with unlimited potatoes, greens, veggies baked in smoked cheese custard sauce, choice of condiments & of course OUR INFAMOUS 4 BONE GRAVY.

Beef, chicken, pork & lamb all go into our gravy. Bones, resting juices, red wine, port, herbs! It’s what we call 4 bone gravy. CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BE DRINKING IT FROM THE JUG, AND ITS BOTTOMLESS.

Sharing cuts also available as well as the infamous TRIFECTOR ROAST. Come and get some!!!
