Crispy Tricolour Halloumi Fritters with Herb Yoghurt.

Furano Kobo with Green Onion and Porter Bread.

Our take on a popular Japanese dish of cheddar cheese marinated in red wine, served with a fresh baked mini loaf of bread made with Guinness, marmite and spring onion.
Diced mature cheddar is soaked in wine with a little vinegar and sugar for 7 days, then chopped and mixed with butter and soft cheese to make it spreadable.

It's a miriad of flavours, delicate, earthy and complex bread, with rich, slightly acidic cheese.
