Here in the Snufflers inventing room we’ve been testing out some new loaded chips for new menu ideas. Check out these beetroot salt & red wine vinegar triple cooked chips with goat’s cheese, thyme and balsamic reduction. Vegan option without cheese. Viable? 👍👎
