Born in Wales, raised in Switzerland. I grew up watching my family work the family bakery, this is where I learnt the craft of making and throwing pizza dough! We sell firewood cooked Pizzas and we do it well. We only use the best locally sourced ingredients for our delicious toppings. We have a special secret mix of mineral salts that give our dough a very distinctive but delicious flavour. Our p
