Our Chicken Tikka is bursting with flavour and creaminess—seriously, it’s amazing! You’ve got to give it a go! 🫶🏾

Here’s a cool tidbit: Chicken Tikka is super popular, especially among people from the Indian subcontinent. It actually has roots in Mughal cuisine, which is pretty awesome! The Mughals brought the tandoor oven from Central Asia and mixed it up with their delicious yogurt-marinated meat recipes. And when you throw in India’s love for spices, you create this incredible dish! 🩵

Cardigan Guildhall Market has been a beloved spot in our community since it first opened back in 1860. Not only was it the first civic building in Britain to flaunt that cool “modern Gothic” style, inspired by the visionary John Ruskin, but it also boasts stunning Arabic-style arches. Over the years, this vibrant market has evolved from its original meat and corn offerings into a bustling hub with all sorts of local traders. With two whole floors to explore, the Market has been a go-to spot for an amazing 160 years, only taking a short break during the recent lockdown. Now that it’s open again, there are even more new traders to check out!

You can swing by Cardigan Guildhall Market from Monday to Saturday, with doors open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you want to catch the most buzz, Fridays and Saturdays are definitely the way to go. Every Friday, they host the lively Cardigan Farmers Market - Marchnad Ffermwyr Aberteifi right at the Guildhall from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, where you can grab some fresh local goodies. Saturdays are a blast too, with regular indie traders and the mouthwatering Street Food Morocco stall to tempt your taste buds. Come on over and see what sparks your interest!
