Welcome to BKD By Rhi :)

My little baking business is currently run from my home in the seaside town of Cardigan in West Wales. We believe in damn good cake and damn good portions ;)

Currently going all the way back to how we started nearly 10 YEARS ago (?!) So keep an eye out on our socials for when and where you can get your gob round our delicious bakes!

Thank you Sacco’s for the first trial of my new merch line 😍😍😍

Prime example of things that happen when I’m unsupervised 😂😂😂

And if you’re over 40 and did not sing this in THAT tune, you’re banned! No more cake for you!!!

Quite a few bakes including cheesecakes, cookie slabs and some mini Halloween cupcakes 👻

Heading down in about half hour and I’ll be there til the kitchen is even more sparkly clean and bleached to within an inch of its life!

I did the thing again, where I didn’t remind you I was open today ;) but enough of you sniffed the Yorkshire wraps out to near enough sell every scrap of roast once again, so huge THANK YOU 😘😘😘

Proof I did in fact open today and I did in fact make Yorkshire wraps! Aaaaand I also made these delicious vegan nut roasts!!

I just forgot to tell you lot about it 😂😂😂

Anywho I sold out, I swore at the ovens, I spilt hot oil EVERYWHERE more than once, I had approximately 4 meltdowns before opening the doors, and by the last few orders; I warned you the potatoes were crispy so you can’t send me your dentist bills!

Same time next week???
