👨🏻‍🍳 Chef Roberto’s top three courses 🍴

Every chef has those dishes they never get tired of so this week I asked Chef Roberto what he'd order if he was sitting on the other side of the pass.

Here's what he said he'd order...

🍈 For Starter

Parma ham & Melon – 18-month aged Parma ham served with sweet cantaloupe melon. A beautifully simple Italian classic that's full of flavour and perfect for this warm weather.

🥩 For Main Course

Roberto's top choice would always be a T-bone steak... but as we don't have one on the menu he'd happily settle for our beautifully cooked Ribeye Steaks instead. Juicy, full of flavour and cooked medium rare.

☕🥃 And To Finish

Roberto isn't one for sweet treats. Instead, he'd finish the evening the Italian way with a single espresso (with a sugar) accompanied by a brandy. Simple, Classic, Perfect!

Golden, crispy chicken Milanese served just the way you like it. The only question is… which pasta are you choosing?

🍅 Spaghetti Napoli – rich, classic tomato sauce.
🌿 Spaghetti Pesto – fresh, vibrant basil pesto.

Both are delicious, and we still can’t agree which one is the winner! 😄
