I have achieved numerous qualifications and attended cake courses in specialist areas to keep up to date with up and coming trends within the industry. In 2014 I achieved the professional cake decorating Diploma Courses & the Masters Certificate, which are internationally recognised awards in the cake making industry. Bing’s Cakery is a registered business and has a 5 star hygiene rating awarded by the environmental health agency.
