So yesterday I went to see Take That with 2 of my gals pals.

Boy was it hot, but boy was it worth it! They’ve still got it!

We even managed to get featured in a promo video that was shared on the London stadium and Take That Instagram stories! 🙌

It could’ve been the greatest day of our lives! 😃 xx

Last Thursday, we held our monthly menopause cafe here at Nana’s.

This month we were joined by Food Freedom With Bekka who talked to us about some of the myths around food and what we need to eat to keep our body fuelled and healthy through peri and into menopause.

Our group is on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 7-8.30 and is open to anyone who’d like to come along and have a chat with like minded ladies going through similar stages of life.

It’s lemon and coconut this week and is delicious on its own but also with ice cream!

Raspberry jam and lemon curd Viennese whirls on the counter too.

This Hummingbird cake is on the counter today and has all the flavours of summer!

Pineapple, coconut, banana and pecan sponge sandwiched together and topped with a cream cheese buttercream and more pecans. Delicious!

Eat in or take away available on this and all our menu items, including our iced drinks.

I tried to make an ice cream brownie sundae today and take a nice photo for the gram but everything kept melting so I ate it instead! 🤪

It was really good though. Highly recommend! Xx
