Situated at the bottom of Cheddar Gorge, the White Hart nestles in The Bays, a quiet street just off of the main road through the Gorge, a popular tourist attraction all year round. Vegetarian dishes are available, as are "Lighter" options for those with a not so "Harty" an appetite. The bar is stocked with a good range of Real Ales, Draught Lager, Stout and Ciders along with a good selection of fine wines available by the glass or bottle.

With the hot weather expected over the next few days, the well-being of our staff is our top priority.

We’ll be staying open as normal, and the bar will be operating as usual. However, we will be monitoring the situation closely and, if kitchen temperatures become too high, we may need to temporarily offer a reduced menu to help keep our team safe and comfortable.

We’d really appreciate your patience, understanding and kindness towards our staff during this time.
